My name is Stacey Peters, owner of Golden Girl Organizing. I am a native Californian born in Walnut Creek, raised in Concord.
I remember that even as a child, I would keep my room neat, making especially sure my sprawling dolphin and horse collection was in perfect order. However, it wasn’t until 2016 that I realized that organizing would be my professional calling. When my mother was diagnosed with cancer for a second time, I wanted to help her by organizing her home. I labeled everything, put it in perfect order and easy to find. Having my parent's home organized and everything easily retrievable, was a powerful tool that gave my mom the peace of mind and helped get through a very difficult time.
Today this ability and passion to organize enables me to not only keep my own home in order, but also help my clients to discover the joy of being organized and tidy.
In my free time, I enjoy yoga, laughing with friends and family and always preaching the transformative power of being organized.
